Refund policy

We maintain a strict quality check process. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility  
We only accept returns if:  
- The product received is damaged, or  
- The wrong product has been delivered  

Important Requirement  
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory  
- Video must clearly show the package being opened  
- The issue must be visible in the video  
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

No Return Cases  
- Size issues  
- Change of mind  
- Minor color difference due to lighting  

Refund Process  
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
